last day of mossel
today is the final day of the julius mossel show here at the gallery. this has been one of my absolute favorite shows weve had. its part of the permanent collection, but hasnt been displayed in its entirety before as far as i know. ive included a few of my favorites below.

well slimgilla, julius mossel died in 1957. he was born in furth, bavaria in 1873. emigrated to usa 1926-chicago. all 16 oil paintings were donated to the gallery in 1977 by a new mexico couple who collected art. thanks for reading, and keep asking those questions.
